What is The Company Conduct Line?

The Company Conduct Line is a confidential channel through which you can ask questions and raise concerns about ethics, compliance, the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, or any other Company policy or practice that relates to your employment or how we do business.

Who administers The Company Conduct Line?

The Company Conduct Line is administered by an independent company (NAVEX Global), is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and can accommodate calls in more than 75 languages. You can contact the Company Conduct Line anonymously.

Who else can I speak to?

The Company encourages speaking up to the person you are most comfortable with, such as your line supervisor, another member of management, or a relevant supporting function such as legal or HR.

What happens after I contact The Company Conduct Line?

Once you submit a question or concern via phone or web, you will receive a report key and password which can be used to follow up on your submission. Then, an electronic summary is sent to a Company Conduct Line case manager for review and to determine further action.

You have our guarantee that your comments will be heard that your concerns will be investigated. We will treat your report confidentially to the extent we are able, and if you choose to remain anonymous, we will respect your choice.

What is the Company's stance on retaliation?

The Company does not tolerate retaliation. We assure you that the Company will not take action against you because you report a concern in good faith. Our commitment to such is stated in our Code. In exchange for our commitment, we expect you to make reports regarding real and legitimate concerns.

Are reports to Company Conduct Line secure and confidential?

The Company uses NAVEX Global's EthicsPoint case management application to support the administration of the Company Conduct Line. EthicsPoint is hosted on Navex Global's secure servers and is not part of the Company’s website or Intranet. Any report you make will be kept confidential to the fullest extent possible consistent with law and good business practices. We do, however, encourage you to include your identity because in most cases, it helps us conduct a full and complete investigation. Keep in mind that if you decide to remain anonymous, we may be limited in the type of investigation we are able to conduct.
